EXISTING DESIGN - REUSE/CHANGE FEES
DRAWING CHANGES BILLED AT $175.00 PER HOUR IN ADDITION TO REUSE FEE:
Reuse of an existing set of drawings is intended to be for clients who find an existing CCHD design that closely meets their needs, as is, or with minor adjustments. Therefore, a maximum number of modification hours is established. If changes are extensive enough to require more than the maximum allowable hours listed, the design will be priced at Custom Design rates. Full reuse fee is due upfront and all sales are final/non-changeable. 50% of bid hours are due upfront to begin work.
